I have reviewed the submitted drawings for the above project, and offer the
following comments:
1) Fire extinguisher locations to be verified.
2) Locks/latches shall comply with 2015 IFC. Panic hardware noted on plans
and required for new front/side doors.
3) CO detection is required per NYS Part 1228,verify existing or new.
4) Verify operation of existing/new exit signs and emergency lights; add
exterior emergency lights per plan (E1.2). (All exits dining area) All
exittemergency Iighting shall be properly marked in electric panels.
5) Verify aisles and storage.
6) Provide fire alarm inspection report prior to CO.
7) Provide new key for Knox Box for front door.
