Loguidice, D.P.C.'s Asbestos Demolition Survey Report for the above referenced
projects. To the best of our knowledge in conjunction with the demolition survey
provided the structure is now free of asbestos.
Atlantic Contracting and Specialties performed the abatement in full accordance
with State and Federal regulations.
