Public hearing June 30th,1945
At a hearing held on the aboffe date in accordance with resol-
ution No 17 'adopted June 23rd, 1945 ,the following members
were presnt.

Proof of publication read and filed.
No one appeared opposing the purchase of sand loader and 1-
1 ton truck chassis with cab.
The Board generally discussed the purchase with the Town
superintendent.
Resolution No 19 2xkx by Councilman Walkup, seconded by
Justice Bentley.
The Town Superindent of Highways is hereby authorized to
Purchase under section 142 of the Highway law from Earl
Carswell with the approval of the County Superintendent of
Highways One-1 K3 One ton Cab and Chassis International
Truck for a total price of Ten Hundred Thirtv Seven and
32/100 ($1037.32) Dollars, fob Glens Falls, N.Y.
The terms of payment are as follows :
The balance or net price of $1037.32 to- be paid by one
certificate of Indebtedness as listed below:
First $1037.32 ; Payable Feb.lst,1946 —
Certificate to bear interest at not to exceed 4%; Interest to
be paid Feb lst,1945.
Certificate and interest payable at the Glens Falls National
Bank and Trust Company and the Supervisor and Town Clerk
are authorized and directed to isseu the above certificate
of indebtedness in accordane with section 266 of the
Highway law.

The Town Superintendent of Highways is hereby authorized
to purchase under section 142 of the Highway law From
Collin Fox Co: Inc with approval of the County Superintendent
of Highways :
One gravel Loaner, farquhar size 30 ft by 18 inches, air
cooled engine; mounted on iron wheels for a total price of
Gov't ceiling price not to exceed $1058.00 F.O.B. Yorke,Pa.
The terms of payment are as follows ; Cash on delivery.
