Regular meeting December 29th,1945
At a meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Qtaeensbury,
held on the above date at 7 :30 P.I��. , at the clerk' s Of. ice
the following members were present :

The Board convened to examine the accounts and records of
the Tprin Off icers.
Resolution No. 45 Introduced b,y Councilman #,Valkup, seconded
by Justice Bentley
Whereas Henry Sleight Justice of the Peace of the Town of
Queensbury, has presented his criminal and civil dockets
to this Board for examination and this Board having
examined the same
Therefdre be it resolved that from such examination of said
dockets , that this board finds that finds and fees therein
shown to have been collected, have been turned over to the
proper officials as required by law.

Resolution No 46, Introduced by Justice Sleight, seconded
by Councilman Walkup
Whereas 11eredith Bentley, Justice of the Peace of the Town of
Queensbury, has presented his criminal and civil dockets
to this board fare examination and this board having examined
the same
Therefore be it resolved th t from such examination of said
dockets , that this board finds that the fines and fees therein
ahown to have been collected, have been turned over to the
proper officials as required by law.

Resolution No 47 Introduced by Justice Sleight, seconded by
Justice Bentley
Whereas the supervisor has presented all books, records ,
receipts, orders, warrants , vouchers and canceled checks
for all moneys received and disbursed by him and this board
having ex=..mined and audited the same.
Therefore be .tt resolved that , from such examination and audite
this board finds that the receipts and disbursements of the
sereral funds have been correctly made and accounted for
according to law.

Ivlr Fowler answered present on the roll call of the above
resolution.
Resolution No 48 Intoduced` by Justice Sleight, Seconded
by Councilman Walkup
Whereas the Town Clerk has presented to this board his
records and books for examination and audit
Therefore be it resolved that this board finds from such
audit that all fees and moneys received by him which were
payable to this Town, have been correctly made and
:accounted for according to law.

Resolution No 49 I..troduced by Justice Sleight, Seconded
by Justice Bentley
'TJhereas during the fiscal year the Town has received
surplus moneys, except from loans , which have not been
committed or appropiated.
Thereofre be it resolved that the sum of $7 ,129.23 be placed
in the fund created for- the purpose of building a town Hall
and office Building.
It is further resolved that the sum of $5000. be placed in a
fund for the purpose of constructing a building for the
purpose of housing Town Highway equipment.
It is further resolved that the supervisor be and hereby is
authorized and directed to transfer the said sums of $7 , 129.
23 into the Town Hall and Office Building Fund and the said
sum of $5000, in the said fund created for the purpose of
erecting a building for the purpose of housing Town Highway
equipment.
