Dear Mr. O'Brien:
On July 3rd, 2018 a replacement absorption field was installed for the existing apartment at 32
Depalo Lane. The absorption system consisted of a new distribution box and 3 — 50 long
absorption laterals constructed of perforated pipe and stone. The replacement system was
installed as per the approved subdivision plans.
