The following comments based on review of the submitted plans:
1) Locks / latches shall comply with the 2015 International Fire Code.
2) Verify Fire extinguisher locations.
3) Verify operation of existing/new Exit/Emergency lights; a function test
will be required prior to CO.
4) Carbon monoxide detection required, currently compliant.
5) Provide NFPA 13 letter from sprinkler contractor.
6) Verify cooking line; provide new hood suppression inspection.
7) Fire Marshal to provide new max occupancy signage.
8) Per chapter 33 of the 2015 International Fire Code, Fire Safety during
C struction & Demolition shall be adhered too.
