Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination
has been completed. The applicant proposes replacement of an existing septic system.
Relief is required from the Town On-Site Sewage Disposal Ordinance for the absorption
field to be located 64.9 feet from the existing well where 100 feet is required.
Based on the information presented in the record, the Agency offers no comments on
the town issued variance.
