RE: 5 Duncan Cove Holding Tank Certification
Mr. Hatin,
Lansing Engineering has performed an inspection of the wastewater holding tank system for the
property located at 5 Duncan Cove, in the Town of Queensbury, Warren County N.Y.
It has been determined through an onsite inspection that the holding tank system with associated
high level alarms and solenoid water shut off are functioning properly. Some infiltration was noted
at the time of inspection originating from the areas surrounding the holding tank lid risers. This
infiltration does not appear to pose a contamination issue as the source of the infiltration is above
the high level alarm and water shut off elevation.
