WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury’s Legal Assistant, Pamela Hunsinger, has accumulated

four (4) vacation days that she may not be able to use before December 31, 2019 and she has

therefore requested Town Board approval to carry over such vacation days beyond December 31,
2019, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to approve this request with the understanding that such
approval shall not be considered as a precedent for approval of any future requests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes Pamela Hunsinger to carry

over up to four (4) vacation days beyond December 31, 2019, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or Town
Budget Officer to take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
