A benchmark will be set at a hydrant to confirm elevations. Instead of the RC-2 asphalt damp proofing, we will coat the concrete foundation wall, below grade, with a Polymer-Modified Asphalt coating, a minimum of 40 mils, per IRC 2015—Section R406.2. The product is called Tuff-N-Dri, by Tremco. The insulated boards are optional, and not required by code. Lastly, Hodorowski Homes uses Appolo Heating and Cooling to perform all of our blower door tests. They will issue a signed and certified notice,once we pass and achieve 3.0 ach or less per IRC 2015.
