Based on our field observations,we believe that the tank was constructed substantially in conformance with structural plans prepared by this office with the exception that concrete in one lower corner of the poured-in-place tank was apparently porous and was observed weeping water. Repair of the leak using roofing membrane and a concrete sealant satisfactorily eliminated the weeping, as subsequent leakage testing monitored by this office proved acceptable. In summary,we believe the tank is structurally and hydraulic sound. F Attending: Jon Soukup (Cedarwood) The following was observed: Met with Bob Springer(concrete contractor) and Adam Riley(client). 1. Observed the tank cover rebar at Chris Crandell's shop at 63 Woodchuck Hill Road, Lake George, NY. a. I was told by contractor and Adam that they are planning to make sidewalls of tank 8" thick instead of 6" called out on plans. This will make the outer dimensions larger, see pictures below. 2. I was informed that they do not have a time when the concrete truck will be around for the pour, and they will call Cedarwood asap once they know the time. b i* R l r . •1 f Approx.3.5"clear span from edge of form.
