Subject: open burning permit#2008 311
Charlie Dyer reported an open bum on property associated with permit#2008 311. I spoke with Ann Devlin who admitted
responsibility for the fire.I outlined for her that the bum was illegal and must cease.
She was advidsed that future incidents will result in court action and possibly revocation of the building permit.
I will make periodic checks,and keep me informed if you are in the area and the issue is ongoing.
