Proposed remodeling of existing space: Currently the space is for the most part an open area with existing
lighting and sprinklers.The area is also equipped with electrical and airdrops suspended from the ceiling.It
is our intent to minimize the disruption of these current features.The room-by-room detail will address each
of these features and whether it shall remain or be removed,in some cases a feature may be added to an area
not currently having that feature. In all cases the current ceiling height shall remain as is.When possible
existing walls shall remain.

some cases to remove walls and open up areas,while in others construct additional offices.The room-by-
room detail will address each room by number and the required changes,when possible existing walls shall
