RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLlCA TlON TO THE COMPTROLLER OF THE STA TE
OF NEW YORK
RESOLUTION NO. 176 1991, Introduced by Mr. George Kurosaka who moved for its
adoption, seconded by Mrs. Betty Monahan:
WHEREAS, the Town Boord of the Town of Queensbury, recently by resolution, authorized
the establishment of an extension of the Queensbury Consolidated Water District, said
extension to be known as the Easy Street Water District Extension, and
WHEREAS, the said resolution was conditioned on receiving the approval of the Comptroller
of the State of New York, after which, 0 final order establishing the district is proposed
to be adopted, and ,'"
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to authorize the Town,
Supervisor to make application for permission of the State Comptroller to establish .
the Easy Street Water District Extension,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOL VED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes and directs
the Town Supervisor the Town of Queensbury, Mr. Stephen Borgos, to make application
for permission to establish and finance the Easy Street Water District Extension to
the Queensbury Consolidated Water District.

RESOLUTION NO. 117 1991, Introduced by Mr. George Kurosaka who moved for its
adoption, seconded by Mr. Betty Monahan:
RESOL VED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into the
Queensbury Boord of Heolth.

RESOLUTION APPROVING USE OF ENGINEER REGARDING GROUNDWATER
RESOLUTION NO. 70, 7997, Introduced by Mr. George Kurosaka who moved for its
adoption, seconded by Mrs. Betty Monahan:
RESOL VED, that the following engineer is hereby approved by the Town Boord of the
Town of Queensbury acting as the Local Board of Health to be able to determined the
seasonal high groundwater mean level at times other than March, April, May, or June
as listed in the Sanitary Sewage Disposal Ordinance for the Town of Queensbury adopted
May 77, 7982 in accordance with Appendix F entitled, "High Groundwater Determination"
currently located on page 24 of said Ordinance: Mr. Roger J. Case, Profess;onal Soil
Scientist.
