This letter is intended to address the capacity of the existing wastewater absorption field at the
above referenced location.Per the Town of Queensbury approved design,Permit Number
20010780,dated October 18,2001,the system and field were design for three bedrooms at 150
gallons per day per bedroom,or 450 gallons per day total design flow.
The current use of the property is intended for four bedrooms.Renovation work is being
conducted to modernize all water using fixtures;such fixtures reduce the required design flow to
110 gallons per day per bedroom.As such the required capacity of the system will be 440 gallons
per day,less than the original design capacity.
