RESOLUTION APPOINTING DONALD SIPP AS ALTERNATE MEMBER
ON QUEENSBURY PLANNING BOARD
RESOLUTION NO. 98, 2006

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town’s Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy for an alternate member position exists on the Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board interviewed candidates and wishes to appoint Donald Sipp as
such alternate member,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Donald Sipp to serve as an
alternate member of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term expires on December 31, 2012.
