All applications for septic system installation. alteration or repair, as required by the Town of Queensbury Sanitary Sewage Ordinance, shall be submitted to the Building Department at least 24 hours before start of construction and shall include a plot plan showing: 1.) the proposed location of the system 2.) location and distance to lot lines 3.) location and distance to structures 4.) location and distance co any water supply 5.) size and dimensions of all tanks, distribution boxes, tile fields and/or drywalls B. No system shall be covered before inspection and approval by the Building Inspector. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the uncovering of the system by the installer and a fine of up to $250.00. C. An approved copy of the plot plan shall be available on the construction site. Failure co produce said plot plan at time of inspection say result in an immediate work stoppage. D. S r.- \ e .\ t \ V.., D,I • £C C -T- 7 RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE REQUEST OF KENNETH FUCHSLOCHER RESOLUTION NO. 10 , 1990 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Ronoid M!9ontesi WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. George Kurosoko WHEREAS, Kenneth Fuchslocher previously filed a request for a variance from certain provisions of the Sanitary Sewage Disposal Ordinance of the Town of Queensbury, such provisions being more specifically, those requiring that there be a 100 foot separation between the absorbtion field and a well, and WHEREAS, a notice of public hearing was given in the official newspaper of the Town of Queensbury and a public hearing was held in connection with the variance request on June 18, 1990, and WHEREAS, the Town Clerk advises that property owners within 500 feet of the subject property have been duly notified, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Queensbury Local Board of Health grants a variance to Kenneth Fuchslocher, allowing a 38 '10" separation between the absorbtion field and the well, and a. that there are special circumstances or conditions which justify allowing the 38'10" separation between the absorbtion field and well in that the lot size is too small to accommodate the 100' distance required, and b. that due to the nature of the variances, it is felt that the variation will not be materially detrimental to the purposes and objectives of this ordinance or to other adjoining properties or otherwise conflict with the purpose and objectives of any plan or policy of the Town of Queensbury. c. that the Local Board of Health finds that the granting of the variances is necessary for the reasonable use of the land and that the variances are granted as the minimum variances which would alleviate the specific unnecessary hardship found by the Local Board of Health to affect the applicant, and d. that the Local Board of Health imposes a condition upon the appli- cant that he must also secure the approval of the New York State Department of Health.
