On behalf of the applicant we respectfully request that you place this item on the next available Planning Board agenda for an initial sketch / subdivision plan review. The plan has been revised to show a separate lot for the open space as directed by the Planning Board at the September 25, 2019 meeting. Additionally, the APA wetlands have been shown on the plan.
