Enclosed please find the following information in support of an application for sketch plan review, on behalf of
JP Gross Properties, LLC, for a proposed residential subdivision located on Luzerne Road.
• One (1 ) original and fourteen ( 14) copies of the following information:
- Sketch Plan Review Subdivision Application .
- Short Environmental Assessment Form.
- Deed of the Property in Question .
- Revised Concept Plan.
• One (1 ) Set of PDF versions were emailed to your office.
On behalf of the applicant we respectfully request that you place this item on the next available Planning Board
agenda for an initial sketch / subdivision plan review. The plan has been revised to show a separate lot for
the open space as directed by the Planning Board at the September 25, 2019 meeting. Additionally, the APA
wetlands have been shown on the plan. Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions
