Dear Mr. McCabe,
Please find the following submission for the boards review of the for an area variance request
for the above referenced property. Enclosed you will find the application, site plans, boundary
survey, septic design, architectural drawings, deed and application fee.
The application provides all information necessary for your review of the owners' desire to
renovate an existing, single story residence with two bedrooms to a two-story home with three
total bedrooms. The owner is also planning for a full upgrade to the existing septic system and
significant improvements to the properties landscape.
We are submitting the project prior to the January 15, 2020 submission deadline with the
understanding that we will be placed on the February 18, 2020 agenda. As it happens, I will be
away on vacation that week and respectfully request having the project placed on the next
available date which I understand to be February 25'h
