The system consists of a 1,000 gallon septic tank, a 1,000 gallon pump tank, one submersible effluent pump with controls and an absorption bed located on an easement on the neighboring property. A variance was granted on August 18, 2008 by the local board of health for a setback of 91 feet to the neighboring well. It is my opinion that the system is installed in conformance with the plan prepared by this office, and the variance granted by the local board of health.
