Dear Dave:
This letter is to inform you that we inspected the completed septic system and site grading for the
new single family home constructed Charles Webster on Chestnut Ridge Road in the Town of
Queensbury on May 12, 2009.
The septic system as installed was for a 2 bedroom house and consisted of a new 1,000 gallon septic
tank, a new effluent pump station, a new distribution box and 40 if of Eljen in Drain lateral. The
system conforms to the requirements of the approved design plan.
The finished site was inspected and substantially conformed to the approved site plan.

absorption lateral is 10.1 feet at its closest point to the north (road side) property line and 100 feet
plus from the wetland area.
