The camera revealed that there was just one Infiltrator line approximately 25' long. I told Mr. Dwyer he needs to install a compliant septic system for a 2 bedroom dwelling. He said he will be contracting George Drellos to file for permit and install system. The dwelling unit has water saving fixtures so 92' of leach field will be needed based on the soils and 110 gallons per day. The septic tank will need to be pumped again to verify whether it is a 1000 gallon septic tank. George Drellos is not sure if it is because it was pumped at the same time as the main house. 11/20/18 As per my 2nd Site Inspection today I verified with George Drellos that the septic tank is only 500 gallon. The septic tank will also need to be replaced with a 1000 gallon tank.
