4/30/19 As per my site visit today at 1232 West Mountain Rd I met
with Mr. Harrington and discussed what needs to be completed
before a CO can be issued (perimeter foundation insulation, new
septic system and final electrical inspection. George Drellos will
be submitting septic system permit application.
7/12/19 As per my site inspection this morning at 1232 West
Mountain Rd the following was verified.
- There is no one residing in the garage.
- The household items and furniture that was placed in garage
has not been set up and all household items in boxes have not
been unpacked. Please see attached photos taken today.
- As per my conversation with Tom Williams I reiterated that the
garage may not be occupied as a dwelling until when and if they
get their variance approvals. If approved a final inspection by
building and codes will be performed for issuance of a certificate
of occupancy.
