The septic system as installed was for a 2 bedroom house and consisted of a new 1,000 gallon septic tank, a new distribution box and 147 if of absorption laterals. The absorption laterals were constructed with 3 - 49 ft long perforated pipe laterals and stone. The system conforms to the requirements of the approved design letter. Service Water Heating: [ ] Water heaters with vertical pipe risers must have a heat trap on both the inlet and outlet unless the water heater has an integral heat trap or is part of circulating system.
