The information submitted shows the existing building coverage to be 4,463 sq. ft. and the removal building area so the coverage will be 3,216 sq. ft. The plans submitted also show the elevations and the exterior look of the building after the renovations. The relocation of the trash enclosure into the footprint of the building includes additional plantings in that area of the property. There are no changes proposed to the parking, lighting, or traffic pattern on the site. The plans do show a new drive-thru entry with signage for the drive thru and aviation side of the building. SUMMARY The applicant has completed a site plan application for the renovations to an existing Burger King restaurant; that includes the removal of two existing greenhouse eating areas, redesign drive thru, relocation of the trash to be included in the footprint, new signage, new plantings, and additional sidewalk area replacing the building areas that are removed. Site & building improvements in a CI zone requires Planning Board review and approval. SEQR Type II—no further review needed; A public hearing was advertised and held on 8/27/2013; This application is supported with all documentation, public comment, and application material in the file of record; MOTION TO APPROVE / DISAPPROVE SITE PLAN 43-2013 CARROLL'S CORPORATION.
