In lieu of inspecting the existing or installing an approved OWTS within six months of the transfer of property,
the Seller/Buyer wishes remove or demolish the structure and existing sewage disposal system.
In compliance with the provisions of this article, the OWTS system has been removed and verified by this office
as such.
Please be advised that a written request to refund the waiver deposit must be received by this office.
