Post Star PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE LED BY COUNCILMAN POTENZA SUPERVISOR BORGOS-The sole purpose of this meeting is to request an executive session regarding pending litigation on a number of matters, Attorney Wilson Mathias is present and will report to the Board on the Round Pond issue and we are going to talk about a number of items related to the assessment cases that have been pending for a period of time. The next regular meeting of the Town Board is tomorrow at 4:00 P.M., there is a public hearing on extending the moratorium. RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION NO. 286, Introduced by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza who moved for its adoption, seconded by Mr. Ronald Montesi: RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into executive session to discuss pending litigation on Round Pond and Assessment litigation. Duly adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Mrs. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mr. Borgos Noes: None Absent: Mr. Kurosaka, Mrs. Monahan RESOLUTION TO RECONVENE MEETING RESOLUTION NO. 287. Introduced by Mr. Ronald Montesi who moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza: RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby moves back into regular session.
