WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to appoint the Chairman of the Town’s
Zoning Board of Appeals for 2008,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Charles McNulty as
Chairman and hereby affirms the Zoning Board of Appeals’ appointments of Charles Abbate as Vice
Chairman and James Underwood as Secretary of the Town’s Zoning Board of Appeals for 2008.
