RESOLUTION APPOINTING RONALD MONTESI TO
ADIRONDACK REGIONAL BUSINESS INCUBATOR BOARD
RESOLUTION NO. 83, 2008

WHEREAS, the Adirondack Regional Business Incubator Board (ARBI) is an organization
created to facilitate economic growth and business in area municipalities, including the Town of
Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to appoint Councilman Ronald Montesi as
the Town’s representative on the ARBI for a three year term, such term to continue thereafter until a
successor is duly appointed or elected,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Councilman Ronald Montesi
to the Adirondack Regional Business Incubator Board for a three year term, such term to continue
thereafter until a successor is duly appointed or elected, and authorizes and directs Councilman
Montesi to take any necessary action to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
