RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDED PURCHASING POLICY
RESOLUTION NO.: 91, 2008

WHEREAS, The Town of Queensbury previously adopted a Town of Queensbury Purchasing
Policy (Policy), and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to make certain revisions to such Policy and a proposed
amended Policy is presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby adopts the amended Town Purchasing
Policy presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Budget Officer to
distribute copies of such amended Purchasing Policy to all Town Department Managers, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Budget Officer to take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
