RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM LANDFILL
POLLUTION RESERVE TO LANDFILL EQUIPMENT RESERVE

WHEREAS, the Town Budget Officer has advised the Town Board that a transfer is needed in
the amount of $225,000 from the Landfill Pollution Reserve Fund Project #0063 to the Landfill
Equipment Reserve Fund Project #112,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves and authorizes the transfer of
$225,000 from the Landfill Pollution Reserve Fund Project #0063 to the Landfill Equipment Reserve
Fund Project #112, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Budget Officer to
transfer funds and amend the 2008 Town Budget accordingly and take such other and further action
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
