RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISED AGREEMENT BETWEEN
TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND GLENS FALLS ANIMAL HOSPITAL

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 27, 2008, the Queensbury Town Board authorized an
Agreement with the Glens Falls Animal Hospital (Animal Hospital) for the Animal Hospital’s boarding
of animals and as necessary, euthanasia and cremation services for 2008, and
WHEREAS, the Town and Animal Hospital wish to modify specific terms of such existing
Agreement, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Revised Agreement has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves and authorizes the Revised
Agreement between the Town and Glens Falls Animal Hospital substantially in the form presented at
this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute the Agreement on behalf of the Town of Queensbury, and the Town Board further authorizes
and directs the Town Supervisor, Animal Control Officer, Town Counsel and/or Budget Officer to
take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
