TOWN OF QUEENSBURY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

WHEREAS, the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Town of Queensbury’s Zoning Board of
Appeals recently submitted their resignations, and
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to appoint current ZBA Secretary James
Underwood to serve as ZBA Chairman for the remainder of 2008,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints James Underwood to serve

as the Chairman of the Town’s Zoning Board of Appeals through December 31, 2008.
