WHEREAS, on August 4, 2008, the Queensbury Town Board approved Resolution No.:
374,2008 authorizing partial settlement of pending Article 7 real property assessment cases and
related Article 78 proceedings commenced by a group of 68 Petitioners, and
WHEREAS, due to a miscalculation, one of the revised assessments listed in Schedule A to
Resolution No.: 374,2008 was overstated and needs to be corrected in order to properly reflect the
terms of settlement previously discussed with and agreed upon by Petitioners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the amendment of Schedule
A to Resolution No.: 374,2008 such that the revised assessment for Tax Map Parcel No.: 239.7-1-21.2
owned by Dawson shall be $1,766,600, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that in all other respects, Resolution No.: 374,2008 and Schedule A attached to
it, shall remain unchanged, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs Town Counsel to take any
additional steps necessary to ensure that all required settlement documents reflect the amendment of
Schedule A as set forth in this Resolution.
