RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REINSTATEMENT OF PETTY CASH IN
TOWN HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, certain Departments of the Town of Queensbury are allotted petty cash in order
to purchase necessities such as postage or supplies on a more timely basis, and
WHEREAS, the Town Highway Superintendent has requested a reinstatement of its petty cash
allotment in the amount of $200,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the reinstatement of the
Town Highway Department’s petty cash allotment in the amount of $200, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Highway
Superintendent and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary
to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
