PARTIAL SETTLEMENT OF ASSESSMENT LITIGATION

WHEREAS, on August 4, 2008 the Queensbury Town Board approved Resolution No.:
374,2008 authorizing partial settlement of the Alexy assessment litigation, and
WHEREAS, such Resolution No.: 374,2008 inadvertently stated that the settlement terms
would be effective from 2008 through 2013,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that Resolution No.: 374,2008 and Schedule A attached to it are both hereby
amended to show the effective settlement period to be 2008 through 2012 and the Queensbury Town
Board authorizes and directs Town Counsel to take any additional steps necessary to effectuate this
Resolution.
