RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING JOANNE WATKINS AS
TOWN PURCHASING AGENT
RESOLUTION NO. 010. 2006

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the 2006 Town Budget has a regular stipend of $4,224 for the position of
Purchasing Agent, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to reappoint Joanne Watkins to the part-time position of
Purchasing Agent for the year 2006 in addition to her full-time position as Accountant,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Joanne Watkins as Town of

Queensbury Purchasing Agent effective January 1, 2006 and authorizes and directs that Ms. Watkins
be paid the $4,224 stipend for such position for 2006 in addition to her annual salary for the
Accountant position, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Budget Officer to complete any documentation and take such other and further action as may be
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
