The Trustees- of the Mountain Side Free Library called on the Board in reference to obtaining financial assistance in maintaining said Library and so the following resolution was adopted. RESOLUTION No. 46, Introduced by Mr. Bentley, seconded by Mr. Nobles, it was resolved that the $um of One-Hundred Dollars be and is hereby appropiated for the use of the Trustees of the Mountain Side ,Free Library in maintaining and equiping the said Mountain Side Free Library. RESOLVED that Supervisor Fowler be and is hereby authorized sW directed to take up with the County Board of Supervisors the neeessiv for the County to take into the County Road System the Highway in the Town of Queensburp beginning at a point on Dix Ave. where said Ave is intersected -by the boundary Line between the City of Glens Falls and Town of Queensbury and running thence Easterly along said road to the Washington County Line. WHEREAS The Town Board of the Town of t Rueensbury deem the x.; following highways =safe for public travel: The .Sunnyside Road, Cloverdale Road, Dixon Road, Glenwood Ave. and Dix Avenue, -' xu: RESOLVED, That pursuant to the provisions of Section 94 of �. the Highway Law, there 'be and hereby is appropriated -and made avail- able for said purpose the following amounts for each road: Sunnyside Read the sum of $900; Cleverdale Road, the sum of$200,; Dixon Road , the sum of $125.; Glenwood Avenue Road $100, and Dix Avenue $200,, it is further RESOLVED, That pursuant to the provisions of Section 93 of the Highway Law and the provisions of the Town Law, the Supervisor be and hereby is authorized to borrow on the faith and credit of said town said amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for said work.
