Re: Modification to an approved subdivision known as Section II Twicwood.
Dear Chairman and Planning Board Members:
Our clients Larry W. Clute and Dodge and Sandra Watkins, propose a modification to a planning
board approved subdivision known as Twicwood Section II; specifically that of Lot 89 and 90,
being tax parcels 296.9-1-54 & 55, to relocate the property line between these two parcels to
accommodate two separate driveways, one for each residence.
