WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve the audit of bills presented as the

Warrant with a run date of January 5, 2006 and a payment date of January 10, 2006,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrant with a run date
thth
of January 5, 2006 and payment date of January 10, 2006 numbering 9 - 51 and totaling
$205,065.25, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Budget Officer and/or
Town Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
