A petition was presented by the taxpayers and residences proposed1highway extension into Glen Lake requesting the p maintain the same. RESOLUTION # 50 Introduced by Mr. Ellsworth seconded by fir. Bentley, WHEREAS the Town Board of the Town of tlueensbury deem the following Highways unsafe for public travel= Oneida Corners to the Washington County Line, the Aviation Meld Road so called. RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of Section 93 of the Highway Law thF.re be and is appropiated and made available for said purpose the following amounts for each of the following described roads: Oneida Corners 1.11, Washington County Line Road the sum of .stone. ; the ndiconti continuing beginning at exceed one mile stone Road g the sum of $1000, , it is further, RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of Section 93 the Highway Law -and the Provisions of the Town Law, the Supervisor be and hereby is authorized to borrow on the faith and credit of said Town said amount or so much there of as may be necessary for said work.
