Regular Meeting
July 28th, 1936 {
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of jueensbury,
held on the above date-s, at 7 PH at the Town Clerk' s Office, the
following members were present. D. Elmer Fowler Supervisor
Floyd Ellsworth, Justice of Peace

Minutes of meetings held on June 23rd, and Tune 25th, 1936 read and
approved.
Committees and. Delegationa how live along the following described
road called on the board and requested that the said roads be fixed a or
repaired on &bount of dust hazard and other dangerous conditions: the

Oneida-Washington County Line Road, Sherman Ave. , Road .und The Aviation
Field Road so called,r=Petitions were received and filed of the Taxpayers
and redidence along the Sherman Ave. Road. A petition was presented by
the taxpayers and residences proposed1highway
extension
into Glen Lake requesting the p
maintain the same.

WHEREAS the Town Board of the Town of tlueensbury deem the
following Highways unsafe for public travel= Oneida Corners to the
Washington County Line, the Aviation Meld Road so called.
RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of Section 93 of the
Highway Law thF.re be and is appropiated and made available for said
purpose the following amounts for each of the following described
roads: Oneida Corners 1.11, Washington County Line Road the sum of
.stone. ; the ndiconti continuing beginning at exceed one mile
stone Road g
the sum of $1000, , it is further,
RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of Section 93 the
Highway Law -and the Provisions of the Town Law, the Supervisor be
and hereby is authorized to borrow on the faith and credit of said
Town said amount or so much there of as may be necessary for said
work.

officer for the School year of 1936 and 1937 for the Schools of the Town of
tueensbury, outside of District #2 subject to the approval of the district
Superentendant of Schools at an annual salary of '`1200. 00 payable as folows:
f" $20.00 per month for ten months on presentation of properly verified bills
presented to the Supervisor.

resolution authorising the Supervisor to purchase one Stewart Model
58-X Dump Truck with Woods Body and Hoist for the maintenance of the
Highways of the Town of Jueenstiury at a cost of 53850, and
=, EAS there . are insufficient funds in the machinery Fund° for ,the
' payment of sake, it is
RESOLVED that there be and is hereby appropiated the sm `of 13850. 2
for the purchase of said truck and it is further
RESOLVED that the Town of Jueensbury issue certificate of indebted-
