Noes - None. RESOLUTION No. 57 Introduced by Mr. Noblest seconded by Mr. Lampson: IT WAS RESOLVED that Town Superintendant be and is hereby authorized to dispose of Tar Kettles and Dump Wagons. DULY adopted by the following vote: Ayes - Mr. Ellsworth, Mr. Nobles, Mr. Lampson, 11r. Bentley and Mr. Fowler. Noes - None. On motion the meeting adjourned. SPECIAL MEETING August 18th, 1936. , At a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, held on the above date, at 7 PM at the Clerk' s Office, the following members were present. D. Elmer Fowler Supervisor, Floyd Ellsworth,Justice of Peace Charles Nobles it " to Meredith Bentley " " to Curtis Lampson " " to Bert D. Turner Town Clerk. RESOLUTION No. 58, Introduced by Mr. Bentley, seconded by Mr. Nobles. WHEREAS the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury by Resolution No. 52 adopted July 31st, 1936. Authorized the Supervisor to purchase from Mott Frasier Corp - one Stewart Model 58 R Dump Truck and _ WHEREAS by Resolution No. 53 adopted July 31st, 19369 it was resolved that the Town of (Jueensbury issue Certificate of Indebtedness for payment of $3850.00 for the purchase of said truck. RESOLVED that the Superintendant of Highways be and is here by authorized to draw an order for said amount on the machinery fund for the payment of same. DULY adopted by the fol-lowing vote. Ayes - Mr. Ellsworth, Mr. Nobles, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Bentley and Mr. Fowler. Noes - None. RESOLUTION No. 59, Introduced by Mr. Bentley, seconded by Mr. Ellsworth. WHEREAS the Town Board Authorized and directed the Town - Clerk by Re-solution No. 20 adopted February 25th, 1936 to sell one Farquor Boiler and Engine and WHEREAS said Boiler has been sold and said Money turned over to Supervisor. RESOLVED that the Superintendant of Highways be and is hereby directed to charge same off his inventory and the Supervisor be and is hereby authorized and directed to accept the sum of $150.00 the selling price of said boiler and credit said sum to the machinery Fund of the Highway Fund. Duly adopted by the following vote: Ayes - Mr. Ellsworth, Mr. Nobles, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Bentley and Mr. Fowler. Noes - None. Dist # 3 - Town Store House - Aviation Field Rd. ` Dist # 4 - Seward Lampoons Garage - 'Test Glens Falls at a yearly rental of $30.00 each except Dist. # 3.
