Truss ID signage needs to be provided at all entrance doors to the structure. 2. There is currently no attic access shown on the plans. Please provide appropriate attic access. 3. We need all structural loads, calculations for seismic, wind, and snow load. 4. The handicap toilet grab bars are not shown for the appropriate widths on side and rear. 5. There is no sink wrap shown on the plans for the handicap sink. 6. There is no height for the urinals shown above finished floor. 7. Under the Energy Code, the top of the foundation insulation is required to have a 45 degree angle cut. Please change the detail accordingly. 8. The ice and snow shield is shown on the plans two feet from the exterior of the outside walls instead of the interior of the outside walls for the 24 inch dimension. Please correct. 9. Change all emergency lights to a combination of emergency exit lights over all doors leading to the exterior of the building.
