JOSEPH KELLEHER AS SUBSTITUTE
PART-TIME SCHOOL TRAFFIC OFFICERS

WHEREAS, additional substitute School Traffic Officer (Crossing Guard) part-time positions
exist within the Town of Queensbury and the Town Board wishes to make appointments to these
positions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Virginia Ellis, Claude White
and Joseph Kelleher as substitute, part-time School Traffic Officers (Crossing Guards) effective

October 3, 2006 at the current rate of pay for the position, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Budget Officer to complete any forms and take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Resolution.
