CONNECTION WITH THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM IN
CONNECTION WITH THE NEW YORK STATE DIVISION OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY RENEWAL

which provides grants up to 100% of the cost of rehabilitation, up to a maximum of $20,000 per
unit whichever is less, and

for rehabilitation grant assistance and the owner of the property has requested such assistance,
and
, the Town of Queensbury has approved a rehabilitation grant in the amount of

Nine thousand two hundred ninety dollars and no cents ($9,290.00)
, property rehabilitation specifications have been revised to include additional
WHEREAS
work, and
, the revised cost to complete the work specified is:

and is still the lowest acceptable cost, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED

Supervisor or Town of Queensbury Executive Director of Community Development to execute a
Grant Award Agreement and take such other and further action as may be necessary to
effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
