RESOLUTION APPOINTING BARBARA LAVIN AS ALTERNATE
MEMBER ON QUEENSBURY PLANNING BOARD

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town’s Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy for an alternate member position exists on the Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board interviewed candidates and wishes to appoint Barbara Lavin
as such alternate member,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Barbara Lavin to serve as
an alternate member of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term expires on December 31st,
2012.
Duly adopted this 6th day of November, 2006, by the following vote:
AYES : Mr. Stec, Mr. Boor, Mr. Sanford, Mr. Strough, Mr. Brewer
