RESOLUTION APPOINTING JUSTICE CLERKS AND
DEPUTY COURT CLERK

WHEREAS
, in accordance with New York State Town Law §20, Subdivision 1(A) and New
York State Uniform Justice Court Act §109, the Town Board has the authority to appoint Town
Justice Court Clerks and Deputy Court Clerks,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Karen Stockwell, Carol
Finamore and Kerrie Hatin as Town Justice Court Clerks and Yvonne Lashway as full-time Deputy
Court Clerk, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Justice Court to
notify the New York State Administrative Board of the Judicial Conference of these appointments.
