RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING LORI O’SHAUGHNESSY AS
TOWN PURCHASING AGENT
RESOLUTION NO 10, 2005

WHEREAS, the 2005 Town Budget has a regular stipend of $4,224 for the position of
Purchasing Agent, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to reappoint Lori O’Shaughnessy to the part-time
position of Purchasing Agent for the year 2005 in addition to her full-time position as Executive
Assistant to the Town Supervisor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Lori O’Shaughnessy as

Town of Queensbury Purchasing Agent effective January 1, 2005 and authorizes and directs that Ms.
O’Shaughnessy be paid the $4,224 stipend for such position for 2005 in addition to her annual salary
for the Executive Assistant to the Town Supervisor position, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Budget Officer to complete any documentation and take such other and further action as may be
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
