RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY AND CARITAS, INC.
RESOLUTION NO. 21, 2005

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an agreement with Caritas, Inc., for
the year 2005, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement has been presented at this meeting and is in form
approved by Town Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the Agreement between
the Town and Caritas, Inc., and authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to execute the Agreement,
with funding to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
