022.2005 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND GLENS FALLS ANIMAL HOSPITAL RESOLUTION NO. 22, 2005 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Tim Brewer WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner WHEREAS, in the past the Town of Queensbury has contracted with the Glens Falls Animal Hospital (Animal Hospital) for the Animal Hospital’s board of animals and as necessary, euthanasia and cremation services and the Town has paid for services provided by the Animal Hospital in accordance with the schedule of fees established by the Animal Hospital, and WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into a written agreement with the Animal Hospital for the Animal Hospital’s boarding of animals and as necessary, euthanasia and cremation services, and WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement for the year 2005 has been presented at this meeting, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves and authorizes the 2005 Agreement between the Town and Glens Falls Animal Hospital providing for the Glens Falls Animal Hospital’s boarding of animals and as necessary, euthanasia and cremation services, as presented at this meeting, and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Town of Queensbury, and the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or Animal Control Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution. th Duly adopted this 10 day of January, 2004, by the following vote: AYES : Mr. Turner, Mr. Strough, Mr. Brewer, Mr. Stec, Mr. Boor NOES : None ABSENT: None
